  Stop Manifesting Him. Start "Reading" Him. There was a version of dating advice, not long ago, that sounded almost spiritual. Assume he's obsessed with you. The universe will align. Act as though the relationship you want already exists, and it will follow you into being. Romantic delusion, marketed as feminine magic. It made a kind of sense in a world of dating apps, where the sheer volume of options meant almost anyone could be swapped out, and where believing hard enough felt like the only lever you actually had control over. If you can't control who shows up, at least you can control what you believe about them. But something has shifted. The apps that were supposed to expand possibility mostly just expanded comparison; endless options bred endless second-guessing, and people got tired, and observant.
